By accessing or using the Cointup website, mobile applications, APIs or any related service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Services are not available to residents of restricted jurisdictions or to any person barred from using them under applicable law. Cointup provides tools to buy, sell, hold and trade digital assets, including spot, futures and options products. Features, availability and supported assets may change at any time. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to transact in any asset.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, pose a security or compliance risk, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of any open positions and outstanding obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cointup and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
